Hello! I'm a Montana born and raised woman in my thirties trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. My journal is about my everyday life ~ work, friends, family, TV shows or movies I've watched and books I've read. It's about my good days and bad days, things I've done and things I want to do. I'm open-minded, easy going, generally optimistic, occasionally stubborn for no good reason, and I inherited my family's blessing/curse of being, more often than not, long winded.

Aside from a 6-month adventure in northern California, I've been living in Alaska since 2004 and I'm enjoying it. I'm single and don't have kids but I do have the cutest dog in the universe named Lucy (yes, I'm biased). I love to read, spend time with my friends, go to movies, and spent an inordinate amount of time debating which coffee mug to use every morning. I am a lotion fanatic and I feel naked if I don't have earrings on. I also love Italian food, baking cookies, the color blue, action movies, holidays, calendars, and tourist traps.

I'm a shameless fan of several TV shows, some of which are Supernatural, The Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds, New Girl, Stranger Things, Lost, and NCIS. Some of my favorite movies are the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Clue, Princess Bride, Big Fish, Moulin Rouge, The Goonies, Christmas Vacation, and Big Trouble in Little China. My all time favorite movie is It's A Wonderful Life.

I read constantly, usually two books at a time (one for before bed, another for the rest of the day when I have time). Some favorite authors are Nora Roberts, Stephen King, Dan Brown, Neil Gaiman, Jennifer Crusie, Nicholas Sparks, Kris Radish, Maddy Hunter, Laurie Graff, Mitch Albom, Cheryl Strayed, and Dr. Seuss.

I love meeting new people, feel free to send me a message and add me!
